So after my trip to the ER on the 1st, I have spent almost every single day since in some degree of pain. Last night we tried to go to a different place, and the first one we went to, after sitting and waiting some time, informed me that they only see people who have insurance. We left there, and headed over to a place that is on the outer edge of town. After sitting there for a while, I was called in by a nurse who took all my vitals and told me its probably some sort of acid reflux, and gave me a list of things to avoid, do, and try- I already avoid or do pretty much everything on the list. Then she told me that the doctor wasn’t seeing any more patients tonight, but I was welcome to come back in the morning.
By the time I got up this morning (afternoon lol) I opted to just call my regular doctor on Monday and make an appointment.
Yesterday mom and I watched The Diving Bell & The Butterfly. It was sad and funny and made me appreciate the things I can do (like move) a little more. Really a good movie, though it is slow moving. Then again, how fast can a story dictated by blinking really be? lol
Wednesday I have Nacho Libre to look forward to, and look forward to it I am! The Connoisseur and I saw it in theatres way back when. Funny stuff.
