Do you have a physical store?

Sorry, no shopfront. BUT we do have a warehouse where you can pick up orders – just select ‘pick up from warehouse’ in checkout to save on postage! You can also try on, purchase and look at items. We have EFTPOS facilities available.

Where is your warehouse located?

We are located in Meadowbrook – just off the M1 and Logan Motorway. About a 10 minute walk from Loganlea Station. We are open 9-4pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. The address is: 6, 20-22 Ellerslie Rd, Meadowbrook Q 4131.

What payment options do you have?

We accept VISA or MasterCard securely through our website. We also accept PayPal and in Australia you can use Afterpay: Please click here for more information. You are welcome to call us and pay credit card over the phone on 1300 033 670. You can also pick up your order and pay upon pickup via cash or with EFTPOS.

International customers can use PayPal or pay via credit card directly on the site.

Do you offer Layby?

We have partnered with Afterpay to allow you to buy now and pay later. Please click here for more information.

How do pre-order items work?

We do keep an inventory of thousands of items in our warehouse but like to offer a larger variety through a pre-order system. We will order in your item after receiving your order and it will arrive usually within 2 weeks. We then ship your complete order to you! If you order other items with your pre-order item these will be shipped together when your item arrives. If you want the rest of your items sooner please order them separately.

But I need my items tomorrow! Please help!

Ahhhh we know the feeling! Got a big night out tomorrow and need the perfect dress or shoes! No drama. Just order before 1pm and select express post – as long as you are in the express post zone you will receive your item the next day. Feel free to add a note to your order specifying that it is urgent <3

Can I buy a gift voucher? How do they work?

Of course! We sell them here. You can choose to have it emailed to you or the person you are buying it for. We can even include a personalised message. They then receive a voucher through email with a code which they can use easily in the gift voucher code box in their cart before checking out. Vouchers are able to be used multiple times until they are all used up so no money is wasted.

I have a store credit code, how do I use it?

Easy peasy. Just add stuff to your cart as normal then pop the code in the discount code box in checkout.

I’m totally new to buying online and a bit lost. HELP!

ARGHH! I ordered the wrong thing, can I cancel/change my order?

We ship super-fast so unless you contact us immediately it has probably shipped.
