If you need a nice, clean, simple site, I can create it from start to finish at an affordable rate. Design starts at $200.00 for the first 4 pages and is $25.00 for each additional page. This is for static HTML only. No PHP. Design only is $150.

Once we have discussed what it is you are looking for, I will create a design. You will then have up to 10 revisions. Ten revisions might not sound like much of a change from the initial design, but the revisions can encompass any changes you'd like to see- even if it means starting over from scratch.
