If your item is unsuitable, doesn't fit or you are not happy you are welcome to contact us regarding a return.

Please contact us via phone or email us for a return authorisation number and so we can set aside your item for you in the case of an exchange. Then return it to us in its original unworn, fully tagged and packaged condition, within 14 days of receipt. We highly recommend that you use a tracked service.

Please include a copy of the invoice that you received with your order, or a note of your order number, & your name, address and phone number.

Please include instructions of whether you require a refund or an exchange; if you would like an exchange, please specify what you would like instead and include a prepaid Australia Post satchel or leave an email address for a PayPal address to invoice return postage costs.

Refunds are issued once an item has been received back and inspected. Please note that we reserve the right to reject items which have been worn, damaged or soiled, so please take care when trying on and returning your item.

Due to the nature of our cosmetics, lingerie & hosiery products, returns will not be accepted.
