Within Australia we accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, money orders, direct deposit.
International customers may pay via VISA, Mastercard or Paypal. We do not accept international money orders or cheques.
PLEASE NOTE: When you pay through paypal using your bank balance this is called an e-cheque/e-check and Paypal takes up to ten working days to process and clear them. Please remember we cannot send your order until Paypal completes the transaction.
If your item is unsuitable, doesn't fit or you are not happy you are welcome to contact us regarding a return.
Please contact us via phone or email email@example.com for a return authorisation number. Then return it to us in its original unworn, fully tagged condition, within 14 days of receipt. We highly recommend that you use a tracked service.
Please include a copy of the dispatch note that you received with your order, or a note of your order number, returns authorisation number, your name and address.
Please include instructions of whether you require a refund or an exchange; if you would like an exchange, please specify what you would like instead and include a prepaid Australia Post satchel or leave an email address for a PayPal address to invoice return postage costs.

Refunds are issued once an item has been received back and inspected. Please note that we reserve the right to reject items which have been worn, damaged or soiled, so please take care when trying on and returning your item.
Due to the nature of our cosmetics, lingerie & hosiery products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is faulty.
