Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • International orders of shoes can receive a credit or refund. If you wish to exchange please place an order for the new size and then return the original pair of shoes for a refund. If your order was not eligible for a refund, only credit, we will still refund upon receiving your return if you have purchased an alternate size of that item. Simply order the new size, open a return of a credit, and add a note in with your return stating you have reordered with the new order number included.
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

This skirt is amazing.
Its nice and strechy yet doesn't hug your body weird. Im a little taller so added some O rings where the crosses clip in just so it didnt cut into the back of my neck and now its perfect, my new favorite item of clothing.

NOTHING will beat the shape this gives you!

Me again. The one with the different body shape. Think stick man but without the ‘I’ for the body, replace that with an 8. With some tiny little stick legs. Things don’t sit on me right - they never look like they do on the models. Plus size or not. But this. THIS. As soon as I saw it I *had* to have it. I haven’t worn skirts since me squiggle was on tv. Since Greg was the yellow wiggle. Since way before peppa pig made her annoying af debut. But I ordered and hoped to hell this would be THE ONE to change my mind. And loooord Let 👏 Me 👏 Tell 👏 You 👏 this skirt is EVERYTHING. It’s suuuuuuper stretchy (probably should have sized down on that note!) and honestly one of the most comfortable things I’ve ever worn. I felt STUNNING in this. And I never feel that! It drove my husband crazy! 😜 He couldn’t stop staring. Strangers on the street asked me where I got it. Strangers online were even kinder with their comments. The way it flares off the hips while cinching the waist, the way it accentuates curves without those weird ‘dig’ lines. The material is heavy enough not to give you a random Marilyn moment in the wind but not an uncomfortable heavy. It’s the perfect length not to show the world your business if you drop your phone too! Only thing I wish was different is that it had real pockets (Am I right?!) but the beauty of this skirt let’s me forgive that easily. Honestly friends, don’t hesitate on this one!
