      Easy 30 Day Returns


      We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


      • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
      • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
        Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
      • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
      • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
      • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
      • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
      • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

      The lunar journal is awesome. I am so excited to use this for the year to keep myself on track.
      It’s an amazing design. I love the binding allowing the book to lay flat making it so much easier to write it.

      Another year another diary

      This is the first time I purchased the Luna Seasonal diary, I normally use a different wiccan diary but it had sold out so I thought I'd try this one & I'm am so happy that I did. The artwork, the colours, the glossy type pages are just beautiful plus what i found pleasing & lots of interesting factal information. Especially histroy & living with the moon & its effects on us.
      I love how at the start of each month's you are prompted with questions to think about the month ahead, what you'd like to achieve or intentions that sort of thing. I also like how it can be applied to both the northern & southern hemispheres. The spiral binding makes it really easy to write in it it? There is plenty of room to record information. The spiral binding means you can bend it to easily
      read it anywhere.
      I %110 recommend this diary, even if it's just for the pictures.
