Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Smells so good, I wish I could eat it!

These body washes are insane, since being vegan and having sensitive skin, I've struggled to find a body wash that doesn't dry my skin out and that is cruelty free and vegan! These ones are amazing, these are the only body washes ill ever use, they smell divine, they're super hydrating on your skin, they're nice to look at and very aesthetic in the bathroom, I cant recommend the Aether brand enough!

Smells oh soooooo good!! Have a hard time hiding this 1 from the family. They lotion leaves you feeling nice and silky smooth. Has been 1 of the only brands my daughter can consistently use without eczema flare ups

Smells exactly like those rolls of bubblegum tape I had as a kid!!

I just have to tell you how much I’m in love with the Aether Bath & Body range in Hard Candy - it’s not often that a product well and truly lives up to the scent it’s supposed to be!!! Hence why I ordered another two of these sets!!! I love that the scent lingers all day and I keep getting happy little whiffs of it. Especially when I use the moisturising lotion after using the shower gel. So much yum!! So nostalgic!! Please don’t ever stop making these!!

I’m obsessed with anything bubblegum scented so I had to have these. The lotion I just use on my hands and it goes so far you only need a tiny bit! The body wash is the same. Can’t wait to smell like bubblegum every day

I absolutely love the hard candy range. I actually fell in love with this via the whipped soap range and can’t get enough. The smell while showering is like a explosion to the senses of childhood memories of bubble gum and the lotion I can’t get enough of also and it softens my skin. When I do use the shower gel and lotion together I could literally eat myself LOL as it’s that yummy. I’m absolutely in love with this and the scent, will be purchasing again.
