Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • International orders of shoes can receive a credit or refund. If you wish to exchange please place an order for the new size and then return the original pair of shoes for a refund. If your order was not eligible for a refund, only credit, we will still refund upon receiving your return if you have purchased an alternate size of that item. Simply order the new size, open a return of a credit, and add a note in with your return stating you have reordered with the new order number included.
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Stunning!

This was a very unusual purchase for me, not really my style but for weeks I kept adding it to my cart until I finally pressed order! I bought an XS based on other reviews (I’m 5’3”, usually size 8-12) and my only wish (apart from pockets) is that the sleeves were shorter. I have to fold them back so much, and I don’t think my arms are particularly short. Even if hey had little thumb holes or something it might work better? Aside from this it’s so beautiful, and I hope I find the time to wear it out soon!

I've been eyeing this for several months now and finally the Boxing Day sale gave me the excuse I needed. So glad I looked at the size chart cos I usually take L in Killstar but for this, I clearly needed an S. I was worried that the sleeves would be too tight on the upper arms but actually it's perfect. Loved it the moment I put it on, it's so comfy and the material is so smooth and falls so beautifully. Can't wait for the weather to cool down some more so I can live in this for days on end. I also really appreciated the little tag warning about the dye bleeding off which I noticed with other burnout velvet leggings but now I know to factor that in.
