HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK? DO THESE SHOES HAVE A RELEASE DATE?

At Tragic Beautiful, pre-ordering shoes means that the shoes are available and simply need to be sent to us from our overseas warehouse before we can send them on to you.

DOES PAYING FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING MEAN I GET THE SHOES SOONER THAN 5-9 BUSINESS DAYS?

The approx. 5-9 business day period is the fastest time it takes for your shoes to get from our overseas warehouse to Tragic HQ in Meadowbrook via express courier. If you pay for express shipping, this means that we will be sending your shoes via Express Post with Australia Post once they arrive at our warehouse.

If you need a pair of shoes urgently for an event, we have a range of in stock shoes on site at our Meadowbrook warehouse that can be sent out the same day so long as you order before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday. These can be found here.

MY SIZE ISN’T AVAILABLE, WHEN WILL IT RESTOCK?

If your size isn’t available, you can sign up for restock notifications by entering your email into the shoe’s page. To find out if your shoes have a restock ETA, please email us at support@tragicbeautiful.com and we will assist you further.

CAN I RETURN MY PRE-ORDER SHOES FOR A REFUND?

As these shoes need to be ordered in specially, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on pre-order shoes. However, you are able to return your pre-order shoes for a store credit or to exchange for a different size or style.
