Sizing Chart - Demonia Shoes

Demonia boot and shoe sizing runs standard to US sizing which is the same as Australian sizing.  If you're a 10 Australian women's, you will be a 10 US women's.

For half sizes or those between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. Eg: if you are a 9 Australian women's, and you sometimes fit into an Australian women's 8, then we suggest getting a size 9 US. But if you are a large Australian 9 and you sometimes fit into size 10, then we suggest getting a size 10 US.

Demonia women's creepers and ballet flats tend to run small so we also advise sizing up for these.  E.g. if you're a 10 in Demonia boots, you would best suit an 11 women's creeper or ballet flat.

Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

these boots SLAY

hands-down my fav shoes. they're SUPER comfortable. i was concerned about the leather at the back of the calf biting, but it's so soft that it's never a concern.
i would recommend getting some insoles for inside support as my only complaint is that the insoles are very firm and might cause foot pain after a while of wearing, but other than that these are STUNNING boots. 10/10 recommend.
shipping was super fast as well, considering they came to me from a warehouse overseas. forreal perfect. thank you guys!

Yes we all love our shoes and boots but you can’t regret these.

Suitable for going anywhere. I even wear them to work. Never even fell down that steep driveway in the rain. Didn’t even trip or need to hold someone’s hand. Tried and tested.

Light, comfy and super snug. I love these the most-est.

Super comfortable and great for anyone wanting to get a first set of platforms! I use them as work shoes and it is the best! Having the extra few inch and also look amazing, my feet never hurt after a shift would highly recommend!

These are my go-to's now! Fricken love them!
SO easy to walk in, perfect shape to my foot, comfortable for long wear (8 hours+), and they're holding their shape and quality so far which for someone like me (hard on shoes) is awesome!
