Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • International orders of shoes can receive a credit or refund. If you wish to exchange please place an order for the new size and then return the original pair of shoes for a refund. If your order was not eligible for a refund, only credit, we will still refund upon receiving your return if you have purchased an alternate size of that item. Simply order the new size, open a return of a credit, and add a note in with your return stating you have reordered with the new order number included.
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

This clock is absolutely gigantic (I only seem to bother with measurements for clothes) and deceptively light. It stands from the ground to the top of my legs. Weighs about the same as two paperbacks. Beautifully made, absolutely striking on the wall, and no annoyingly loud tick tock.

Triple Moon Wall Clock

I was very pleased with this clock when it arrived. Much larger than what i was expecting but turned out to be perfect for the spot I had on the kitchen wall.
At first i thought there might have been a problem as when i put in the battery i couldn't hear it ticking over and tried several batteries before I realized it was just a 'quiet' clock. Ohh my!! brain fog!! LOL

Huge and perfect!!

I honestly didnt think the clock was going to be as big as it is for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised and can't wait to hang it up after I finish updating my living room!

Larger Than Expected...

The description of this item says it is really big. It is. I did not expect it to be so big, but I think it makes this wall clock even more grand. I had thought the numbers and moons were in a metallic gold. They are not, but the clock is still lovely. It is weighty enough to not feel cheap, but light enough to hang on a drywall wall.
