Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!

love these! I'm 180cm tall and I've always wanted to be cute in thigh highs but others never reached past my knees, these bad bois reached all the way up! They also feel very good quality and they stayed up too. They were a tad tighht they first few times I wore them but they've finally stretched a bit to fit my comfortably

Absolutely love these socks, they are abit tight on the thigh(I’m a size 12). Other than that they are so warm and Comfy. If you have thicker thighs there may be a cute love handle

AMAZING!

I have these and love them. I got them a year ago in winter and have been wearing them ever since. They come right to the top of my thighs but I often pull them a bit lower. I could see if you were above a size 14 or 16 they might not go all the way up. But they are well made and look great!

Too Tight On Big Thighs - Are Stretchable

If you’re like me and have bigger thighs, seeing thigh high socks advertised to sit high on up to size 18 is great. I’m a 16 in most things and while yes, they did come up high on my thigh, they were way too tight. I could feel numbness forming if I wore them anywhere higher than just above the knee.

However, they are stretchable. If you wet the ends with warm water and stretch them over something about the size of your thighs and let them dry there, they are perfectly wearable as thigh highs on bigger thighs. I do struggle to keep them from rolling still, though.

Overall, I would still recommend this product to anybody in the size 14-18 range if you’re willing to risk stretching them out as they are comfortable and look great.

The delivery time was also great.
