Spell Vial Necklace

Items

Instructions

Light the stick of Palo Santo, and use the smoke to cleanse the inside and outside of the spell jar, as well as your ingredients.

This necklace is essentially a spell jar, and you might wish to read our more comprehensive guide, to assist you in making your necklace as potent as possible.

On the paper scroll, create and draw a sigil, or write a small message to yourself. A sigil can be created by using your intuition. You could entwine the letters of "Self-Love" or use the sigil shown below:

Add the sigil and ingredients to the spell jar. You may wish to chant this incantation, or write your own.

Divine power flows through me, I am all I wish to be. Let love fill my soul, for myself as a whole.

Cork the vial, and seal with wax from the pink spell candle.

Carry the vial with you to increase your love for yourself, or hold it in your hand while repeating the incantation whenever you need a boost of self-love.

Release Negative Thoughts Spell

Items

  • Charcoal disk
  • Self-love Resin blend
  • Pen & 2 sheets of paper
  • Matches or a lighter
  • Fireproof Bowl/Plate

Instructions

Before beginning this ritual, prepare your space. Find a quiet and comfortable area where you won’t be disturbed during the ritual. This could be a corner of a room, a cozy nook, or any space where you feel relaxed and focused.

As you start, remember you are the catalyst for this ritual. Your active participation and belief in the process are crucial. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself in the present moment. Visualise a bright, cleansing light surrounding you, illuminating you with positive energy.

Light the charcoal disk, set it in your bowl and add a small spoonful of resin on the flat side. Your herbs should start smoking.

Breathe deeply and calmly, inhaling and exhaling while bringing yourself into a state of concentration. Remove emotion, and try to enter a state similar to a trance state, where you can work without emotional distractions.

Allow yourself to examine your mind in this detached manner, exploring and finding negative thoughts, habits, and patterns that you wish to banish.

On one piece of paper, write these negative thoughts, actions or habits down. On the other piece of paper, for each negative, write down a positive thought or action you can replace it with. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, so we want to replace these negative thoughts with positive ones. At this point, you should still be detached from any emotion around these negative energies you want to banish. Do not allow yourself to be distracted by self doubt or fear.

While breathing deeply, close your eyes, then release each of the negative thoughts. Focus on each and visualise yourself letting go of each negative thought and seeing the new positive version replacing it.

Once you have released them, light the piece of paper with the negative thoughts on fire inside a cauldron or heat proof vessel.

Take your positive replacement piece of paper, and put it somewhere you will see every day. You could incorporate reading through these each morning as a way to reinforce the ritual and banishing.

You can take the residue of the burned herbs, and mix it with the ashes of the paper and bury them outside.

Repeat this ritual as and when you need.

Self Love Milk Bath

Items

  • 1 Cup Corn starch
  • 2 Cups Milk powder (You can substitute this for a vegan alternative like oat milk powder or rice milk powder.)
  • 3 Tablespoons Self-love Herb Blend
  • Large Jar to store

Instructions

Using a blender/food processor/mortar and pestle, blend the herbs, milk powder and cornstarch until combined and reduced to a fine powder.

Add 1/2 a cup of the blend to a bath while it is filling, with your choice of skin-safe essential oils for fragrance. You can also add some Epsom salts if you wish for added physical benefits.

Soak in the bath for as long as you like, perhaps read a book, and drink a cup of tea while you relax.
