Megan is wearing the Fatal Kiss Dress from Punk Rave. This gorgeous dress is perfect by itself, with a shrug, or as a top with a longer skirt to give it less punk and more goth. 

A Maleficent Shrug from RQ-BL (Red Queen's Black Legion) really adds to the look of this outfit.  For the smoky eye look go for Medusa's Makeup Midnight Oil Eyeshadow, Stargazer Black Mascara and Eyeliner and Sweetpea & Fay Cannoli Liquid Lipstick

 This sultry, earthy makeup look can be achieved with Concrete Minerals Eyeshadow in Smut or Revolver, Stargazer Eye and Lip Pencil in Brown, and either Sweetpea & Fay Gilded Lady Lipstick or Medusa's Makeup Temptation Deep Eggplant Lip Gloss. Nailpolish is Marmalade Skies by Manic Panic.
