So tell me, what IS a Tragic Advent Calendar?
We're glad you asked! It's our first ever Tragic Xmas Advent Calendar! It's no mystery - these bad boys contain 13 individually packed ghoulish gifts for you to open to count down the last 13 days to Xmas.
Included in the calendar are 13 amazing and unique items with the quintessential Tragic flavour you love. None of these items have been in previous Mystery Boxes or in-store, however, some treats such as perfumes in brand new scents will make a feature. These other devilish delights include homewares, gothic treats, bath and body, and more.
Filled to the brim with never-seen before, custom-made gifts & goodies; you'll have never seen any of these items at Tragic Beautiful before and you may never again! We have had beautiful items made for us by local artists and creators which support small, ethical businesses.
When will we get them?
Our advent calendars will be sent out either the last week of November - or the first week of December. The countdown starts on the 13th of December with an item a day up until and including Xmas Day! In hopes that we can countdown and open our presents together - we recommend if you live in an area that takes a little while for standard post to show up, that you get express post. Internationally we cannot guarantee delivery before the 13th, but you can count down the first 13 days of the new year if you wish!
What's the best way to make sure I can get my hands on an Advent Calendar?
With only a limited amount hand packed by Satan Claus herself - when they're gone, they're gone forever!
Email Subscriber preorders will be going live from Thursday 27/10/2022 9:00am AEST, you will receive a secret access code at 9:00am and will continue until Monday 31/10/2022 11:59pm AEST. Set your alarms & do it twice, sync your watches & be sure you are online and signed into the site when they go live! Keep your phone nearby in case you are using Afterpay etc and require authentication! Also, make sure you are signed into any other third party payment apps you will be using for your purchase, and check all your shipping information is saved!

What if I don't like some of the items in my Advent Box?
If you receive your box and find something inside you don't feel you'll use we encourage selling them in our Tragic Beautiful Buy Sell Swap Facebook Group. Box items are often one-off items and are in demand - it won't take long for someone to nab up your items!
Can we use our rewards points, discounts, or codes with Advent Boxes?
Unfortunately not! These boxes are not able to be purchased using any discounted codes or rewards.
Hmm, I'm not sure - is it worth it?
We think so! These treats an treasures in here are all items the Tragic crew would love themselves; chosen with care. The RRP of items in here is higher than the price we are selling this box at, even including postage!
Can we get a VIP Gift on our purchase?
Unfortunately we cannot give VIP gifts with these purchases.
Can I pick up my box from TBHQ?
