Platform Heels FAQ

How do I walk in platform heels?

Just start by putting one foot in front of the other! Heel newbies should start by stomping round the house-this'll help you break in any new kicks too!

Walk heel to toe and take smaller steps at first to get used to adjusting your balance.   Keep your foot straight just as you would in your sneakers.  If you find yourself wobbling, lean slightly back and place your weight on your heels rather than your toes-this will give you a stronger grounding.  Soon, you'll be clomping around like a pro!

Another thing-when climbing stairs, remember that you'll need to raise your foot higher to accommodate your platform.  There's nothing like a surprise trip to Downhill City in weighty stompers to kill your vibe!
