Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your new purchase! We understand sometimes stuff doesn't fit, doesn’t suit you or you just changed your mind. So we are happy to accept most items back for exchange or store credit. 

Process Returns Request
Once you have processed your return through our portal, to save you money we have organised a returns label service for you. For a flat rate of $8.95 you can return anything from around Australia, fully tracked.
Simply click HERE, complete the form, make payment and this will generate your return label - Australia ONLY. We cannot provide international returns labels. Please only purchase the postage label AFTER you have opened a return through the link above and had it approved. 
  • All returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date. International buyers must ship within 14 days of receiving items.
  • All items must be returned in original packaging with any tags attached. 
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup or cigarette smells. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale. We reserve the right to refuse returns that come back damaged, with incomplete packaging, or if we deem them in any way unsuitable for resale. 
  • Makeup, intimates, underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • We recommend you use a trackable method of postage to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
  • You are responsible for return shipping.
  • As soon as we receive your item and process it, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a store credit information.

Final Sale Items - No credits or exchanges will be issued for Final Sale items unless faulty or an incorrect item. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain but need to choose carefully! 

Faulty or incorrect items:

If you believe have an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately on with a picture of any issues and we will sort it out for you immediately. We adhere strictly to Australian consumer law and will remedy any issue suitably and according to law. Just let us know as soon as you are aware of any issues.
