We accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date. We are happy to accept most items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Once you have processed your return through our portal, to save you money we have organised a returns label service for you. For a flat rate of $9.15 you can return anything from around Australia, fully tracked. Simply click here, complete the form, make payment and this will generate your return label. Then either drop into a red postal box or over the counter at any post office.

CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Yes! There are two options.
1: Just select exchange in the portal and make a note of the item you want us to reserve (make sure it is in stock). We will then put it aside for you for 2 weeks. Send back your item as normal and we will send you an invoice for shipping the exchange item to you once we receive your item.
2: If you cannot wait, just purchase the replacement item immediately and send your item back for a refund. If your item wasn’t originally eligible for a refund (sale items etc), open a return for a credit and put a note in with your new order number and we will issue a refund instead of a credit.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process returns immediately, but busy times such as Mondays and after public holidays please allow 2-3 business days.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A refund can only be completed by the original payment method. This means the original card, PayPal account, etc. It can take 5 or so days to clear from the date we issue it.
If you paid using a buy-now-pay-later method, we'll confirm your return with the provider, and they'll get in touch with an updated payment schedule or direct refund to you.
WHEN IS MY STORE CREDIT AVAILABLE?
As soon as we receive your item and it is checked and processed, we will email you a credit note to use in our store immediately.
I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?
If you believe have an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us on email@example.com and we will sort it out for you immediately. We ask that you please provide as much detail as possible, including photos so that we can quickly and thoroughly investigate your claim.
In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, if you have a minor problem with a product, we will offer reimbursement for repair as the first and preferred resolution.
When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your return meets the above requirements.
If shoe boxes have been taped up and packaging ruined or needs replacing, we may charge a fee to replace these items or if unable to be resold we will reject your return.
If a return is received and not approved through quality control, we will contact you immediately and provide details on the rejection. You will be given the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or for the goods to be destroyed, as they are not fit for resale. In the case where you choose for the goods to be destroyed OR if we do not receive a response for resolution within 10 days, the goods will be donated or destroyed.
