We want you to LOVE your new purchase! We understand sometimes stuff doesn't fit, doesn’t suit you or you just changed your mind. So we are happy to accept most items back for store credit or exchange. If you are exchanging an incorrect sized item and don't want to wait for us to credit you or receive your return, just purchase the correct size now, open a return for a credit and put a note in with your new order number and we will issue a refund instead of a credit.
Once you have processed your return through our portal, to save you money we have organised a returns label service for you. For a flat rate of $8.95 you can return anything from around Australia, fully tracked. Simply click HERE, complete the form, make payment and this will generate your return label - Australia ONLY. We cannot provide international returns labels.
Please only purchase the postage label AFTER you have opened a return through the link above and had it approved.
If you paid for your order through PayPal, you can claim your return shipping costs. (Australian customers only). Simply activate Refunded Returns on your PayPal Account. For more information please visit PayPal HERE.
All returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date. International buyers must ship within 14 days of receiving items. During Covid we are flexible on this so just email us if there are any issues with time delays.
Final Sale Items - No credits or exchanges will be issued for Final Sale items unless faulty or an incorrect item. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain but you will need to choose carefully!
Faulty or incorrect items:
If you believe have an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out for you immediately. We ask that you please provide as much detail as possible, including photos so that we can quickly and thoroughly investigate your claim.
In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, if you have a minor problem with a product, we will offer reimbursement for repair as the first and preferred resolution.
When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
If we have significantly misrepresented the product or provided an incorrect description, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement product, a store credit, or refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your return meets the above requirements.
If shoe boxes have been taped up and packaging ruined or needs replacing, we may charge a fee to replace these items or if unable to be resold we will reject your return.
If a return is received and not approved through quality control, we will contact you immediately and provide details on the rejection. You will be given the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or for the goods to be destroyed, as they are not fit for resale.
In the case where you choose for the goods to be destroyed OR if we do not receive a response for resolution within 10 days, the goods will be donated or destroyed.
