Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your new purchase! We understand sometimes stuff doesn't fit, doesn’t suit you or you just changed your mind. So we are always happy to exchange, refund or issue a store credit. As always though there are a few exceptions to the rule:

  • We request for all returns to be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date. International buyers must ship within 14 days of receiving your items.
  • All items must be returned in original packaging with any tags attached.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup or cigarette smells.
  • Makeup, intimates, piercing jewellery, swimwear or any opened hair or beauty products cannot be returned.
  • We recommend you use a trackable method of postage to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
  • You are responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds will be by original payment method.
  • For store credit, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a store credit information.
  • Discounted, sale items and items purchased through promotional deals or coupon codes are returned for exchange or store credit only.
  • Preorder items are only able to be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Faulty or incorrect item:

Oh no! If you believe have an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately on support@tragicbeautiful.com with a picture of any issues and we will sort it out for you immediately.

Process Returns Request

 

GET PAYPAL TO PAY! - If you paid for your order through PayPal, you can claim your return shipping costs. (Australian customers only).

  • Simply Activate Refunded Returns on your PayPal Account
  • Complete the PayPal request form, add the postage receipts and submit the request within 14 days of returning your purchase.
  • PayPal will process your refund request within 5 business days and if accepted will refund directly into your PayPal account.
