Shipping Information
ALERT: Due to the ongoing tariff changes in the USA, and the uncertainty around how customers will be charged tariffs and fees - we are temporarily suspending orders to the USA. We hope to be able to resume shipments soon.
We ship every business day, and every item will be sent tracked through Australia Post. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours unless they contain a preorder or custom item. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. We work hard to get your orders out ASAP. During sale times, after a public holiday and during busy periods, we may take extra time to get your order out.

All our international orders are shipped via Australia Post. These will be transferred to USPS. Tracking is provided on all orders. This will work on the Australia Post site, or once it hits your country you should be able to track it from USPS.

If you refuse to pay, or don't claim your item and it is returned to us, we will offer to reship your item, but we will require all fees and costs paid. This includes any difference in the initial shipping that we paid over what we charged you, a return to sender fee of $30 that we are charged, and the additional cost to reship your item.
FAQ: Australian Orders

If your order gets returned to us we will contact you to let you know. We are happy to reship it for you.
If returned due to an error on your behalf (incorrect address, postal service unable to contact you etc.) we will charge you the actual cost of postage plus the $10 RTS fee which we are charged each time an item comes back to us.
Unfortunately, postage has risen over 30% since 2020, and is very expensive. We take a loss on it to keep it affordable for you when ordering, but when shipping an item again, we invoice the actual amount we pay. We will show you this in our freight calculator and issue an invoice for that amount plus $10.
Alternatively, we can issue you a full credit for the item/s minus the RTS fee.
FAQ: International Orders
Tracking is provided on all orders. You will receive a tracking email same day your item ships to track your item on the Australia Post website.
Once your item arrives in your country from Australia, tracking is also available through your country's postal service, ie: USPS.com for the USA.
