We ship every business day and every item will be sent tracked through Australia Post or via Courier such as Aramex. All orders placed before 1pm AEST will shipped out the same day. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. We work hard to get your orders out ASAP. During sale times, after a public holiday and during busy periods we may take an extra day to get your order out.

Pick Ups
Sure! Just select ‘pick up from warehouse’ in checkout to save on postage! You can also try on your items to make sure they fit perfectly. Don’t select this option unless you can pick it up! We are here from 8-4pm Monday to Friday.
Our address is Warehouse 2, 63-69 Meakin Rd, Meadowbrook QLD 4131. We are the front middle building facing the street.
Tracking is provided on all orders. Your package will be left without signature in a safe place by default for your convenience. If you orefer the securiuty of signing for your parcel, please select 'signature required' in the cart.
Please note, customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs, import duty or additional charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
Overseas Deliveries from AU
Overseas deliveries from Australia are currently experiencing delays. Please check HERE for more information. We regularly update shipping rates and this page to reflect these constantly changing times. Please note delays especially to EU still. Tracking will say " Cleared and awaiting international departure" while your item sits waiting for a plane. Currently Australia has 1/100th of the usual amount of planes. But your item WILL arrive.
