We do keep an inventory of thousands of items in our warehouse but like to offer a larger variety through a pre-order system. Once it arrives at our warehouse we then ship your complete order to you! If you order other items with your pre-order item these will be shipped together when your item arrives. If you want the rest of your items sooner, please order them separately.

You can select express post, and add a note in your cart that the order is urgent, or hit us up in chat. We always try hard to do what we can to make sure you get your item in time.

Of course! We sell them here.  Vouchers are valid for 5 years and can be used multiple times until they are all used up so no money is wasted.

Gift cards can be used across our entire range of goods, including preorder shoes and mystery boxes.

Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash.

Shipping

We offer FREE post in Australia and NZ for all orders over $99!

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. 

International orders may be subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations. We have no control over these and you are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees.

You're gonna get an e-mail from us telling you that your order has shipped. Inside that is a link to track your order.

Packages can be returned for several reasons, usually due to address errors, or packages being unclaimed when being held at the post office.

Please monitor your tracking number to be alerted when your parcel is due to arrive.

If your order gets returned to us, we will contact you to let you know. We are happy to reship it for you. If returned due to an error on your behalf (incorrect address, postal service unable to contact you, etc.), we will charge you the actual cost of postage plus the return to sender fee, which we are charged each time an item comes back to us.

Returns and Exchanges

Not usually. We are super fast at getting orders out and often it has already shipped or gone through the process. In that case you can easily return it to us – but we bet you’ll love it anyways.

Preorder shoe orders we generally cannot cancel as we are incredibly fast getting your shoes to you and they are probably on their way. Our system is set up to immediately start the process to have them sent from our supplier to you which means you will get them as fast as possible, but we cannot cancel them. If you need to change sizes or styles just let us know and we can work something out for you.

If you see the item you love is out of stock, select the size you are after then enter your email address into the field that says: “Notify me when this is back in stock” and if we get it back in, we will!
