WHAT IS A PENDULUM USED FOR?

Pendulums are used in energy healing as well as in divination to provide guidance and seek answers by making contact with our Higher Self.

HOW DO I USE A PENDULUM?

Here's a beginners guide on how to get started on using your pendulum to answer questions:

1. Prepare yourself. As with all crystal work, your pendulum should be cleansed before you begin your work. Be sure to prepare any questions you want to be answered and lay our a pendulum board if you wish.
2. Learn how your pendulum swings. Do this by asking questions you know the answer to: "Is my name Sarah" "Am I 32 years old", and so on. This will show you which direction the pendulum will swing to indicate yes and no.
3. Focus your intentions and keep your mind open, you may not like the answers you receive and what you learn may be unexpected. This is all a part of the process!
