Xxxmas in July Terms & Conditions

  1. The XXXmas in July promotion runs from 12pm AEST 1/7/2022 to 11.59pm AEST 25/7/2022.
  2. This promotion is not run in association with Facebook, Instagram, or Tiktok.
  3. This promotion is open to Australian & New Zealand entrants aged 18 years and over.
  4. Every order made within the promotion period will receive one (1) postcard of the entrant's choice, either Naughty or Nice, as chosen via the popup at checkout.
  5. To be eligible to win a Naughty or Nice prize pack, the entrant MUST choose a postcard at checkout. The entrant cannot choose both in one order.
  6. A customer can only receive a postcard if they order at least one (1) additional item with their order.
  7. Prize packs are valued up to $300 AUD each.
  8. Each postcard will be printed with a discount code which can be redeemed on the customer's next order.
  9. Codes cannot retroactively be applied to orders in progress if they were not applied or forgotten to be added by the customer at checkout.
  10. Codes from the Naughty and Nice postcards will expire on the 25/9/2022.
  11. Codes are one use per customer.
  12. Codes are not stackable, only one code can be applied per order.
  13. Codes cannot be used in combination with other promotions e.g. welcome discount.
  14. By choosing Naughty or Nice at checkout, the entrant chooses this theme as the associated prize pack should they be drawn as the winner. 
  15. There are four major prizes: a Naughty themed gift pack, a Nice themed gift pack as well as a gift pack for one YouPay Giftee and one YouPay Giftter. 
  16. To be eligible for the YouPay gift packs, a Giftee must have an order paid for via YouPay within the promotion period and a Gifter must pay for an order via YouPay within the promotion period.
  17. Gifters and Giftees are also eligible to win either a Naughty or Nice prize pack.
  18. The winners of prize packs will be chosen from the pool of eligible entrants at random.
  19. Winners of the prize packs will be announced on 26/07/2022. Winning entrants will be contacted via email and announced via live video on this date.
  20. Entrants must confirm their shipping and contact details before the prize backs can be sent out.
  21. Prize packs will be sent out no later than 14 days following the promotion end date.
