We have had a lot of requests for diffusers of some of your special favourite Tragic scents, so as an early Xmas release, we are bringing you a limited-edition silver and black diffuser set, and we will regularly change the available scents. 

This is your chance to grab your fave scent when it drops, and the most popular scents will be added to our core range of diffusers!

Current Scents: 

  • Unholy - Needs no introduction, the clear fave of our scent range.
  • Redemption - Sweet lychee and guava sorbet swirled with peach, coconut, and vanilla.
  • Pumpkin Pie - NEW! Combining spiced pumpkin with fresh-baked pie, drizzled with caramel and vanilla.
  • Defile - A dark, seductive blend of jasmine, shadowed woods, and warm amber. 

These come in a boxed bundle, complete with a silver vintage glass diffuser filled with your chosen scent and five reeds—black, of course! Diffuses for up to 6 months.

How to use: 

Carefully remove the cap. Insert the reeds into the decorative bottle and fan them out to create an attractive display. Allow the reeds to soak in the diffuser oil until fully saturated, preferably overnight. Once soaked, remove the reeds, flip them over, and place them back into the bottle to ensure the oil diffuses through the entire length of each reed.

Allow 1-2 days for the scent to fully bloom. The fragrance will naturally mellow over time. To adjust or refresh the intensity of the scent, flip all or some of the reeds upside down. We recommend flipping the reeds once or twice a week to maintain the desired fragrance level.

The diffuser will typically last 4-6 months after opening, depending on air conditions and how often the reeds are turned. To extend its life, keep the bottle away from drafts, heat, or direct sunlight.

Warning: Diffuser liquid can stain surfaces. Keep on a coaster or non-porous surface. Be careful when pouring liquid or flipping reeds as the oil can stain and discolour the bottle.

Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • International orders of shoes can receive a credit or refund. If you wish to exchange please place an order for the new size and then return the original pair of shoes for a refund. If your order was not eligible for a refund, only credit, we will still refund upon receiving your return if you have purchased an alternate size of that item. Simply order the new size, open a return of a credit, and add a note in with your return stating you have reordered with the new order number included.
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
