These threadless push-in backs are crafted from implant-grade titanium and feature a premium silver finish. All threadless push-in tops will fit any size back. 

This back is compatible with Impaler's collection of 16G & 18G threadless tops.

Material: Titanium.

Type: Cartilage Labret.

Gauge: 16G, 18G

Length: 6mm, 8mm or 10mm.

How to use: Insert the top into the back about a third to halfway. Bend slightly then push in once there is some resistance. Make sure you don't bend too hard and snap the pin. See diagram. 

Suitable Piercing: Lobe (pierced with a needle), Anti Tragus, Conch, Cartilage, Helix, Tragus, Snake Bites, Spider Bites or Shark Bites.

    Easy 30 Day Returns


    We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


    • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
    • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
      Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
    • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
    • International orders of shoes can receive a credit or refund. If you wish to exchange please place an order for the new size and then return the original pair of shoes for a refund. If your order was not eligible for a refund, only credit, we will still refund upon receiving your return if you have purchased an alternate size of that item. Simply order the new size, open a return of a credit, and add a note in with your return stating you have reordered with the new order number included.
    • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
    • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
    • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
    • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
