Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Absolutely stunning

I thirsted after this dress the moment I saw it on the Killstar Insta and promptly signed up to be notified of a restock here. And boy, did I leap on the moment I got that notification. I was afraid it would fit wrong on the arms or be all weird around the high waist or that the material would be weirdly stiff like Killstar sometimes is. Instead, it's this gorgeous sheer fabric that is actually quite breathable in Aussie summer and the fit for me at least is perfect on the upper arms. The collar is absolutely divine and sits perfect even when left open and a few buttons left undone for some skin. The dress is a trifle snug around the boobage -- I'm a 14C and got an L -- but no gaping or buttons popping, thank goodness. Best of all, that handkerchief hem is so incredibly flattering and I keep catching people eyeing it with admiration. Such a good addition to the corporate goth collection even if someone asked if it had the Illuminati sign and I had to edjamacate them that no, that's a pentagram, excuse you. I'm so so glad I got to buy this.
